for breakfast, brunch or dinner

I have blueberries frozen in my freezer, quart size bags, so I put one of those in a sauce pan, (or add as much as you need for how many your serving) add about a tablespoon of cornstarch and 1/4 cup of brown sugar, heat on medium heat until thawed, cooked and thickened. Add to your fresh waffle and top with sour cream, YES SOUR CREAM, I know it sounds weird, I thought so too when I first tried it and was pleasantly surprised! I have picky kids and they all love it! Go for it be different TRY IT! ;)
