Recipes I want to share with you....
I am a hockey/cheerleader mom so I feel like I am always on the run, trying to figure out what to make for dinner thats fast and easy, so heres a recipe I'm gonna share....
Just go to the market and get some frozen Italian meatballs, a small jar of chili sauce, an equal size of grape jelly, and baking potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
Take out your crock pot and put the meatballs, chili sauce, grape jelly in and mix together. Stir occasionally. Cook until heated through, and meatballs are nicely coated, about 2 or 3 hours depending on how much time you have, (the longer you cook them the sauce coats the meatballs & takes the Italian taste out of them) the sauce & jelly take the Italian taste out of the meatballs, they taste homemade, believe it or not ;)
Scrub off the potatoes, tear squares of tin foil and put a little olive oil and seasoning salt on it, poke holes in potato, wrap potato in foil and put in oven. Cook your vegetable, add rolls etc. Fast & EASY EASY!!!
